Billings and Payment
Flat rate maintenance (Computer hardware & software maintenance repairs, upgrades, device and software configurations) refer to labour costs.
Cost of parts are itemized separately on invoices.
Payment: We gratefully accept Cash, Certified Check & Direct Bank Deposit. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days of completion of jobs. Where a grace period has been given to ensure stability of systems and clients have been invoiced at a later date, payment will become due in 15 days.
Where clients have been invoiced for services rendered and payment becomes outstanding after 30 days, All systems (parts, peripherals, etc..) remain the property of the WR Tech Plus Sales & Services until paid for in full.
Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 10% per month.
We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or via other acceptable legal means in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $5000 TTD. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Client Referrals
Customers who refer prospects who later become clients/paid clients may be eligible for non monetary compensation by prior agreement and based on our discretion.
To be eligible you must be an existing client for computer maintenance services within the last 30 working days or repeat customer in the last 6 months.
Compensation may take the form of Free or discounted maintenance to computer systems, mobile device or network and depends upon the value of maintenance services rendered previously.
New client referrals can be done by word of mouth, a text link on your web site or graphic ad rotated on your website.

Like most interactive web sites, third party applications and scripts that are installed & hosted as part of this website may contain cookies to enable ease of use, the functionality of this area and for us to retrieve user details for each visit. Repairs
This refers to the process of troubleshooting hardware or software related issues requiring the physical replacement of defective or faulty computer system and smartphone parts and peripherals with new or certified working used ones.
This includes but is not limited to software (applications, drivers, scripting code or settings) that must be removed, uninstalled, reinstalled, patched or upgraded to resolve errors or negatively impact system performance.
Where the operating environment can be certified to have non exposure to the elements (direct sunlight, moisture, dust) proper ventilation, no voltage and user abuse and misuse) repairs are warrantied for three months in which we provide follow up support at our discretion.
Non technically qualified tampering or third party repair attempts during the three month period voids the warranty thus client may be billed normally to correct issues.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on this web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WR Tech Plus does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. WR Tech Plus may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. WR Tech Plus does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Software
Software refers to "Free" and Open-Source applications that are available for download by hyperlink but not hosted at WRTechPlus.com.
For ethical and normal use by online visitor as stipulated by the respective software developer as being free to try, use or modify for commercial or personal use according to their individual license agreements.
OpenSource refers to a category of software that is confused & interchangeable with "FREE" to describe projects where users are permitted to modify the source code for use commercially, publicly and privately (as allowed by the developer's/project's license agreement).
FREE on the other hand does not necessarily refer only to cost but also includes "the freedom to run, copy, distribute, study, change and improve the software" as long as there is a visual Copyright reference (text or logo) link reflecting the software project title and or developers.
Trial (time-based limited or full-featured) versions, beta & community editions and software that is no longer supported (due to discontinuation of projects or newer versions) often fall into this category.
Warranty Information
Warranty as it refers to maintenance repair and/or servicing is three (3) months.
Hardware component carry their own warranty period as indicated by the manufacturer and computer parts vendor and is a separate entity from Maintenance Repair/Servicing.
Accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, tampering, theft, loss, unreasonable use, dissassembly of hardware components as well as unauthorized configurations, patches, updates, modications to software including the installaton of 3rd party applications not recommended or tested without prior consent & notification voids the warranty.
